In the following we would like to present our general terms and conditions, which we use to process the purchase. At www.mockerymia.com, we only offer products from our own brand mockery mia.

1. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT AND DELIVERY OF GOODS
1.1 Contracts via www.mockerymia.com are concluded exclusively under Austrian law. Translation errors from German into English reserved. When ordering articles via the online shop www.mockerymia.com, the contractual partners are the monkie mia design OG (hereinafter referred to as mockery mia) and you (hereinafter referred to as the customer or buyer).
1.2 By clicking the button "Buy Now", the buyer places a binding order for the items in the shopping cart. Mockery mia will confirm receipt of the order by email immediately after the order process has been completed. A binding contract is concluded when this order confirmation is sent.
1.3 We deliver orders to the following countries, which can be found in the list (delivery countries) in the CUSTOMER CARE area. If deadlines are given as working days, we mean all days from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays and specified company holidays. If the purchase is completed during the company vacation, the buyer will of course be informed and the delivery of the order will be somewhat delayed. However, the buyer is hereby informed that mockery mia is an extremely exclusive company that is only managed by the shareholders Michaela Worschitz and Jürgen Holl and that these two are responsible for the company's overall performance. This means that delivery can be delayed if there are large orders and unforeseen events. We ask for your understanding.
2. PRICE AND SHIPPING COSTS (STANDARD & PRIORITY) AND CUSTOMS
2.1 The prices listed in the offer at the time of the order apply. The prices indicated are final prices in the EU (gross prices), which means that they include the applicable statutory value added tax. For deliveries to third countries (i.e. international deliveries), the prices quoted are net prices and customs duties and additional tax payments may occur in the respective countries. The following calculator can be used as a non-binding guideline for additional payments in third countries https://www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator/. Mockery mia assumes no liability for incorrect information, since it is a third-party offer. As mockery mia would like to enable many countries to purchase their high heel sneakers, we ask for your understanding that mockery mia cannot clarify customs and tax processing from third countries internally. The goods remain the property of mockery mia until the purchase price has been paid in full.
2.2 The shipping costs have to be paid by the buyer himself, who can choose between standard or express shipping. More detailed information about the shipping costs can be found under the following links STANDARD SHIPPING and EXPRESS SHIPPING. In addition, depending on the desired country of delivery and the selected number of items, the price for shipping may vary
2.3 Mockery mia offers the express delivery option for certain orders. The order process shows whether this option is offered for the respective order and the costs incurred. The goods will be delivered to the destination within 48 hours in the specified countries. However, this information is not mandatory and there may be deviations (due to weekends, public holidays, company holidays or unforeseen events) in the delivery times. If the specified delivery time is exceeded, we cannot refund the delivery costs.
2.4 Different shipping fees may apply to the shipping of several products (more than one pair of high heel sneakers), which are specified individually for each product on the product detail page and on the order page during the ordering process.
2.5 The shipping costs include VAT and customs duties for countries in the European Union. Please note that when you buy the high heel sneakers, import taxes or duties may apply if you are from a country outside the EU (see the following list for such countries). Should additional fees, taxes and/or duties arise in countries outside the EU, mockery mia assumes no liability and no refund of the additional costs incurred. This means that no information about additional fees, taxes and / or customs duties can be given. If you are not sure whether you will be charged customs duties and / or VAT when you receive your goods, please contact your responsible body (e.g. customs office). There is also an online tool to calculate these costs. Please note that this is an external website, so we cannot be held responsible for the differences between the actual costs and the information on this website: https://www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator/. All products are shipped from Austria, which helps you to calculate the costs. If you need to pay additional duties and / or taxes, you will receive an email from your local customs authorities requesting additional payment so that your order can be processed through customs. Unfortunately there is no legal way around customs. Orders cannot be declared as gifts or samples, as this is illegal. Once you have made this payment to the customs official, your order will be processed for final delivery. If you decide not to accept the goods but to have them returned to the sender (mockery mia), we cannot reimburse the shipping costs already incurred. A repeated delivery of the goods is not possible without a new purchase and renewed payment of the shipping costs.
3. PAYMENT
3.1 Mockery mia offers the following payment options: credit card, debit card and Paypal. With every order, Mockery mia reserves the right not to offer certain payment methods and to refer to other payment options. Please note that payments from accounts within the European Union (EU) and also outside the EU are accepted. Any costs of a money transaction are to be borne by the buyer. Please note that mockery mia works very hard to supply as many countries as possible (including outside the EU). If insurmountable problems arise, mockery mia will in future only deliver to the European Union. We ask for your understanding.
3.2 In the case of a purchase by credit card, the buyer's credit card account is debited upon completion of the purchase.
3.3 The buyer agrees that the invoices will be transmitted in electronic and / or paper form.
3.4 There are no orders on account and prepayment.
4. VOUCHERS AND THEIR REDEMPTION
4.1 Promotional vouchers are vouchers that cannot be purchased, but are issued as part of advertising campaigns with a specific validity period. Promotional vouchers are therefore purely advertising measures.
4.2 Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed in the specified period and only once during an order process. Promotional vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers. Please note that promotional vouchers can be tied to a minimum order value of a high heel sneaker.
4.3 The value of the goods must be at least the amount of a high heel sneaker in order to redeem a promotional voucher. The value of a promotional voucher is neither paid out in cash nor interest. The promotional voucher will not be refunded if the goods are returned.
4.4 Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before the order process is completed. Subsequent crediting is not possible. The promotional voucher cannot be transferred to third parties. Multiple promotional vouchers cannot be combined.
4.5 If you used a promotional voucher for your purchase, we reserve the right to charge you the original price of the goods that will be retained by the buyer if - based on your revocation - the total value of the order falls below the respective value of the promotional voucher.
4.6 Friends vouchers are only sent personally to friends of mockery mia. These Friends vouchers go to early supporters of the crowdfunding campaign carried out in October 2019. This voucher can only be used once and may not be passed on to third parties. Please note that Friends vouchers can be tied to the minimum order value of a high heel sneaker. In addition, the provisions from points 4.1 - 4.5 above also apply to the Friends voucher.
5. LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR MOCKERY MIA PRODUCTS
The buyer has the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which the buyer or a third party named by him, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last delivery. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send monkie mia design OG, Raiffeisenstrasse 50, 8010 Graz, Austria, email: design@mockerymia.com with a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. However, you bear the costs of returning the goods yourself. In the event of a return, please contact us via email at design@mockerymia.com to process the return and to create any return labels.
CONSEQUENCES OF THE WITHDRAWAL
If the buyer cancels the contract, mockery mia has to repay all payments the company has received from the buyer, excluding delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of the cancellation of the contract at mockery mia has been received.
The same method of payment that was used for the original transaction is used for this repayment. Under no circumstances will the buyer be charged for this repayment. Mockery mia reserves the right to refuse repayment until the goods have reached mockery mia in the prescribed condition (see customer service). The buyer must return or hand over the goods to mockery mia at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which mockery mia was informed of the cancellation of the contract. The deadline is met if the buyer sends the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods. In the event of a return, please contact mockery mia via email at design@mockerymia.com to process the return and to create any return labels.
The buyer only has to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

6. VOLUNTARY RETURN POLICY UNTIL 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIVED GOODS
For all purchases at www.mockerymia.com, mockery mia grants the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days in total. The timely return is sufficient to meet the deadline. A prerequisite for exercising the right of return, however, is that the goods have only been tried, as in a shop, and the goods have been returned to mockery mia completely and intact in the original packaging and - if available - with an undamaged seal. The same provisions apply as mentioned above in the right of withdrawal and in the CUSTOMER CARE area. Replacement for lost original packaging is to be procured by the buyer as soon as he makes use of the right of return; this applies in particular to the return of shoes that require transport packaging. In the event of a return, please contact us via email at design@mockerymia.com to process the return and to create any return labels. The customer pays the shipping fees. The right of return does not exist when buying gift vouchers.

7. REPAYMENTS
Any repayments will be automatically made by mockery mia to the account used by the buyer for payment. If the buyer has paid by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be made to the associated PayPal or credit card account. If the buyer used a gift voucher when ordering, the voucher will be recharged when the refund is processed or the buyer will be sent a new voucher by email. If mockery mia is unable to refund the entire amount due to damage or improper return of the products, the buyer will be informed of the reasons by email.

9. DEFECTIVE GOODS & LEGAL WARRANTY
9.1 Faulty goods
Mockery mia hereby informs the users of the website that the high heel sneaker is a world first and that the vision - to make high heels comfortable - is in the foreground. The customer must also be aware that behind mockery mia there is not a huge company like potential competitors from the sneaker industry, but only the partners Michaela Worschitz and Jürgen Holl who are trying to improve the women's shoe market with two Italian production companies. You could call it a pilot project with a pioneering spirit. Research and development was completed in autumn 2019. Then the production of an exclusive collection of 500 pieces started. The customer must also be aware that there are no long-term studies with the high heel sneaker. It was trusted in our partners' decades of experience in the manufacture of the shoes. When buying high heel sneakers, the customer must also be aware that Michaela Worschitz and Jürgen Holl are constantly trying to improve the product and eliminate possible errors. Therefore, we ask for leniency and understanding that there may be possible shortcomings. Mockery mia customers, on the other hand, can count themselves as part of an avant-garde of the new shoe culture, who actively participate in the further development of new products and the improvement of a problem that prevails worldwide. By purchasing high heel sneakers and supporting the mockery mia brand, customers come one step closer to the end of aching high heels.
A claim for defective goods cannot be made if one of the following conditions is met: intentional or negligent damage, improper use or careless maintenance, normal wear and tear, damage caused by failure to follow the cleaning / care instructions.
Please note that this does not affect legal rights.
9.2 Legal guarantees

9.3 Quality control
It is pointed out that all products are subjected to a thorough quality control before they are dispatched and that they are documented in photos to protect the customer and seller. In the event of disagreements and improper return of the products, mockery mia will refer to the documented photos and the initial condition of the products.
10. COMPENSATION AND LIABILITY
The legal regulations of Austrian law apply to damages and liability.
Nevertheless, customers of mockery mia are advised that the high heel sneaker is a pilot project and not a commercially available product. It is a world first and must also be used and worn according to predetermined rules. Information on this can be found under the HOW TO USE, which must be read carefully in order to understand and feel the new walking feeling of mockery mia.
Customers are also advised that the high heel sneaker is a shoe with a heel. That is why it can be possible to twist, stumble, get caught, slip, as is the case with commercially available shoes. In this case the customer is liable at his own risk.
The terms and conditions, data protection guidelines and all other information on www.mockerymia.com were written in German and translated into English, which is why mockery mia assumes no liability for translation errors. If there are any ambiguities, please refer to the German version.
11. PATENT PROTECTION
The high heel sneaker is protected by patent and may not be copied. It is a world first and the rights lie exclusively with the patent right holders DI Michaela Worschitz and DI Jürgen Holl, who have granted the licenses to monkie mia design OG.
Imitators are advised that you will be legally prosecuted if you do not comply with this regulation and imitate the high heel sneaker.
