Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, your data will be requested in the course of the order process and saved for the processing of your order. We need your data so that we can conclude a contract with you and send you the ordered products.

How do I change my account details?
You can easily change your personal data by logging into your mockery mia account and selecting "MY ACCOUNT". There you can change your data or edit your details.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account at any time.
Simply select the “LOG IN” in the top right hand corner of the screen.
I can't remember my password to log-in to my account, what should I do?
If you can't remember your password for your mockery mia account, click the "Login" button and choose "Forgot password?" to complete the password request form. Simply enter the email address you used to register your mockery mia account and you will receive a new password via email. As soon as you have logged in with the password we have provided, you can change your password as you wish.

We cannot display the price in another currency.

Can I change or add to my order,
once it has been placed?
We can only change your order before your purchase has been prepared for shipping. After this, we can no longer cancel an item, change the size or edit the invoice and shipping details. Please note that we cannot combine orders or add additional items to an existing order once it has been placed.
I haven't received an confirmation for my order?
Check the order history on your mockery mia account under "MY ORDERS". If you have an order number, please check that your email address is correct and also check your spam mailbox. However, if no current order is listed, it means that the process was unsuccessful and no order was placed. If you continue having problems, please email us at

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your assigned tracking number. You can track your order on its way to you by entering your tracking number on the courier's website. Be patient, it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be placed with the shipping company. You can also log in to your mockery mia account to view the status of your order.
Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, we not only deliver to the EU, but also to third countries. We can precisely determine the prices and customs duties in the EU. Outside the EU, we can only provide prices for the product and transportation, but we have no information on customs duties, fees, and taxes.

How much duties and taxes do I have to pay?
We have adjusted the prices on our website to countries in the EU. This means that if you order within the EU, no further taxes, fees and customs duties are added to the price. If you purchase our high heel sneakers outside the EU, duties, fees and taxes may apply.

How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs can be found in the customer care area, broken down by the countries we deliver to. It is possible to choose between standard shipping or express shipping in the shopping cart before completing the purchase.
Outside the EU, we offer express shipping for faster processing.
How long does the delivery take?
We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible and ship your order within 1-2 working days of purchase. Since we deliver to some countries, an exact estimate of the delivery times cannot be reliably estimated. Standard shipping orders should arrive within a few business days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this.
With express delivery, the delivery will work of course faster.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order if necessary.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of purchase, please contact us. We'll do more research.
How to return items?
1. Contact us, so we can create a return label and send it to you via email.
2. Repack the goods in the original packaging and place inside the box we sent to you or in a comparable box that guarantees that the goods will be shipped undamaged.
3. Put the return label outside the original packaging and send it to:

4. Make sure to get a proof of delivery! The courier’s receipt of the return. This is very important if your order is lost on the way back to us. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee your refund in the event of loss.
5. As soon as we have received and checked the goods, we will transfer your paid amount minus the costs for the return shipment to the payment method you used. Refunds will show in your account after 5-10 working days. We will contact you via email once we have received and processed your return.
Can I exchange my online order?
Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, we do not offer an exchange. If you want to buy a new item, please send us your unwanted goods for a refund and place a new order online at www.mockerymia.com.

I don’t have a returns form, what should I do?
If you are not satisfied with your high heel sneaker, contact us at and we will send you a return label via email.
I have to return a defective item. How does it work?
If your items are faulty, we are very sorry. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are happy to help with any problems. However, it sometimes happens that the customer damages the product and reports it as defective. We hereby draw attention to the fact that we carried out an optical quality control for each product before shipping and documented this with photos.
When will I receive my refund?
After receipt of the returned goods, the shoes will be checked carefully by us. We have an exclusive product and produce very small quantities. In addition, the careful use of resources is very important to us. For this reason, the shoes should be repacked after quality control and used again. If the quality of the shoes no longer corresponds to the original product, we will have to deduct the additional costs for cleaning and reprocessing from you when reimbursing. We cannot refund money for damaged and irreparable items, caused by the customer.
As soon as we have received the goods and checked them, we will transfer your amount minus the costs for the return shipment to the payment method you used. Refunds will appear on your account after 5-10 business days. We will contact you via email as soon as we have received and processed your return.
Is return shipping free?
No. If you really want to return our High Heel Sneakers, we will create a return label for you with discounted conditions at the transport company. We will then deduct this discounted amount from your refund. Please keep in mind that these are actual costs that we cannot provide complimentary.
What return rights do I have?
If you are unhappy with your item(s) we offer you a refund providing that our returns policy is adhered to:
- In the case of a return, please contact us immediately. We create a return label for you. The cost of the return will then be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Goods must be returned within 14 days after you receive the items.
- Returned items must be unworn and returned in their original and unused condition
- Shoes must be tried on indoors.
- After receipt of the returned goods, the shoes will be checked carefully by us. We have an exclusive product and produce very small quantities. Which shoes sizes are available?
Our High Heel Sneakers are available in
the women's shoe sizes 36 - 40.
Durability of our High Heel Sneaker?
It can be assumed that our high heel sneakers achieve a durability like high-quality sneakers.
Of course, the durability can be shortened or extended depending on the care and handling, as is the case with every shoe.
It is not possible for us to state the exact lifespan of our shoes, because it is a new product and therefore a world first. However, we strive for the longevity of a high-priced sneaker.
Where are our High Heel Sneaker produced?
It was very important to us that the shoes are made in Europe. After research and development, we searched for suitable production partners for a year and found two highly qualified and motivated partners in the shoe industry in Italy.
The company AL.PI. specializes in the production of soles. The company Origini Studios, which is characterized by its high-quality Italian style, builds the tops.
How much does our High Heel Sneaker cost?
We sell the first 500 pairs of our 2020 summer collection for € 199.
This is a special price, which should be a sign of appreciation for the early support of our most loyal friends.
The price is increased after the first collection.
Are there stores?
As already mentioned, mockery mia will launch the first collection in summer 2020. We mainly sell online, but are also available for a short time in selected pop-up shops in Graz and Vienna.
Who is mockery mia? Who is the team?
We are Michaela Worschitz and Jürgen Holl,
the founders of mockery mia.
We live in Graz, a beautiful city in Austria, and started this project during Michaela's diploma thesis in 2014. During our architecture studies at the Graz University of Technology, we worked intensively on parametric design. We were very enthusiastic about this design method and thought about how we could also use this design in areas of everyday life. As architects, we are very concerned with the needs of society in order to pursue the desire for functional and aesthetic design.
What materials is the High Heel Sneakers made of?
We had to solve two problems:
On the one hand, we had to find a material that would provide cushioning and stability in the wedge at the same time as being recyclable.
That was a big challenge!
After more than a year of research and development, we found two qualified and motivated production partners in Italy who were not put off by our wishes (for example, new design, damping behaviour, sustainability, ...).
Then we started a research project together that aimed at a marketable product.
An innovative plastic is used in the wedge heel, which consists of 20% recycled materials.
We opted for a thermoformed neoprene fabric on the outside and leather on the inside.
Especially in areas that touch the foot, it was important to us to use leather. Feet sweat less with natural materials such as leather. Doesn't sound sexy, but it is so.
Carefully remove dirt dry with a soft brush and then wipe with a damp cloth (which does not stain).

Why are we called mockery mia?
We received an objection from a well-known Swedish fashion company regarding our first brand name "monkie mia".
It was not possible for us to have a trademark litigation in monetary terms.
Today we say happiness in misfortune. We are much more satisfied with our current name mockery mia. The brand name fits us and our vision much better. We like to see the world ironic, we laugh at ourselves and at the same time stand by what we do and our style.
That is why we are now called
mockery (English): mockery - mia (Italian): my.
Life becomes much funnier and more exciting if you look at it playfully and not so seriously :).
